Government Services
Governments are integral to their communities. They touch all sectors of industry and lead economic well-being, encourage financial investment, deliver and manage vital infrastructure, support existing operations, and drive innovation to their regions.
At the same time, this sector is subject to a high degree of accountability and scrutiny combined with a highly regulated environment.
We have a proud history of assisting Federal, State, and Local Governments including government-owned corporations, and statutory bodies. Our reputation is built on our strong understanding of contemporary approaches to public sector administration and our ability to project manage large and complex government projects, right through to day-to-day legal services.
We are on panels for the Commonwealth, New South Wales and Queensland State Governments, as well as numerous Local Government panels across QLD and NSW.
Our expertise covers all legal requirements for government departments and organisations encompassing administrative law, construction and major projects, disputes, planning and environment, property, native title and cultural heritage, PPPs and project finance, insurance, technology, intellectual property, and employment relations and safety.
We see our role extending past the delivery of legal advice, choosing to focus on how it can be harnessed to achieve optimal outcomes for our Government clients and the communities that they serve.
