About Charlotte
Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Front End Group, with extensive experience in providing whole-of-project support for a range of renewables, mining, infrastructure and transport projects.
Charlotte has experience with many significant projects across a number of sectors, with a particular focus on renewables and resources projects. She has advised a range of clients, including principals, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, both in the government and private spaces.
Charlotte has advised on projects with many contracting and commercial strategies and structures, including design and construct, construct only, alliance, hybrid alliance, subcontracts, early contractor involvement and others. Her support includes contract drafting, negotiation and project advice.

Elliot Green Power
Advising and assisting with drafting O&M Contracts for three of Elliot Green Power’s Australian solar farms, being the 98MW Susan River Solar Farm and 75MW Childers Solar Farm in South East Queensland, and the 132MW Nevertire Solar Farm in New South Wales.
Multinational BESS supplier
Reviewing, negotiating, and providing advice to a multinational BESS supplier in connection with its participation in the delivery, operation and maintenance of a utility-scale BESS project in Queensland.
Sojitz Group
Assisting Sojitz with the negotiation of its contract for the re-establishment, operation and maintenance of the Gregory Crinum Underground Mine, and advising on project-specific issues arising during the course of the re-establishment works.
Group 6 Metals
Negotiating and drafting the cost plus engineering, procurement and construction contract for Group 6 Metals’ Dolphin Tungsten Mine, a processing plant required for tungsten to be mined on King Island in Tasmania.
Contractor
Advising a contractor in relation to the negotiation of a project alliance agreement with a global mining company in relation to the establishment and operation of its underground coal mine in Queensland.
Cross River Rail Delivery Authority
Advising the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority on a range of matters affecting its New Gold Coast Station (NGCS) Projects, including developing contract administration resources, advising on risk management and providing project delivery advice (including assisting in negotiating and documenting variations, settlements and responses to claims).
