Jessica practises in the litigation and dispute resolution team, primarily in the area of commercial litigation.
Jessica acts on behalf of a wide range of clients, including private clients, commercial clients from various industries (including agribusiness and resources), and State and local government clients.
Jessica aims to provide commercial and practical advice to all of her clients. She has assists clients to resolve disputes and works with them to achieve the best possible outcome for them. Jessica also specialises in prosecutions and assisting clients with regulatory investigations. In addition to her everyday practice, Jessica sits on the board of a not-for-profit organisation in Queensland.

Advising and acting for local governments and statutory bodies in relation to potential litigation claims, including for negligence, nuisance and breach of statutory duty.
