She has represented state government departments, Hospitals and Health Services and private clients in bargaining disputes and litigated matters in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and Fair Work Commission. She also advises clients on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, including enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations, underpayments and employment contracts.

Successfully representing a global mining contractor in an application by the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union seeking a scope order to carve out its maintenance workforce at a Queensland coal mine.
Management of underpayments claims
Advising and supporting a number of clients with managing underpayments, including identifying relevant cohorts of affected employees, providing superannuation and taxation advice including drafting submissions to the ATO to mitigate penalties and interest, advising on penalties and accessorial liability for company officers and other managers, advising on assumptions for calculating benefits owed, and updating template employment contracts to mitigate ongoing liability.
Not-for-profit aged care provider
Assisting one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit aged care providers with bargaining its first national enterprise agreement, successfully representing the organisation in an application by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation seeking a scope order to carve out the Victorian operation.
State and Local Government
Representing state and local government clients defending unfair dismissal and general protections applications in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
International Services Contractor
Successfully advising an international industrial services contractor on how to vary its enterprise agreement to temporarily implement sustainable wage and entitlement rates, and have that variation approved by the Fair Work Commission.
