About Kate
Kate is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with a broad array of experience in general commercial litigation and commercial negotiations and disputes, particularly acting in relation to contractual disputes.
She has extensive experience in administrative and regulatory law, representing a wide range of government and regulatory clients, providing advice in respect of judicial reviews under the Judicial Review Act 1991 (Qld), general reviews of decisions under relevant respective legislative instruments, and in matters prosecuted or defended under various regulatory regimes.
Kate has also acted in a variety of litigation across various states and tribunals across Australia. Largely, her experience has involved working for government clients, from local to national.
