About Michael
Michael has been advising government and private sector clients on the delivery of infrastructure for over 20 years. He is known for his extensive industry knowledge and the commercial approach which he brings to major projects.
Michael assists in developing procurement strategies and contract documentation to take account of project risk and objectives by using the best form of contract model.
He brings this experience to a range of industries particularly resources and energy where he has advised on the development of mine infrastructure, materials handling, rail and port facilities.
Michael also advises government on the delivery of public infrastructure including roads, water and waste facilities, airports and education facilities. He also provides advice to government on probity and procurement.
Michael’s skills have been used on projects not just in Australia, but also in South Africa, Mozambique, Chile and Laos.
