Gabriella is a commercial litigator who practices across a range of industries. A passionate advocate for her clients, she specialises in achieving cost effective, strategic and commercial outcomes.
Gabriella practices in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She works across a variety of industries in the public and private sectors and her clients include resource companies, state and local governments, SMEs, property developers, franchisors and individuals.
She has assisted clients with a range of business issues including judicial review matters, disputes arising out of the interpretation of commercial agreements and statutes, and obtaining required government approvals for their projects. She has extensive experience in the resources industry, particularly in the area of contested regulatory approvals in the Queensland Land Court.
In addition to her everyday practice, Gabriella takes an active role in McCullough Robertson’s Community Partnerships Program and Diversity Initiatives Committee, and sits on the Board of two not-for-profit organisations in Queensland.
