About Chris
Chris Barr is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. With his extensive expertise, Chris is well-versed in both domestic and international matters involving corporate restructuring and insolvency.
He offers guidance to a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, sponsors, and insolvency practitioners.
Chris has actively participated in significant corporate insolvency cases and restructuring transactions in Australia and the United Kingdom. Additionally, he has accumulated substantial experience handling large and complex cross-border transactions that encompass the United States, Hong Kong, and the Cayman Islands.
Chris is also an integral member of the McR Private team, supporting our family office and private clients.
Before joining McCullough Robertson, Chris dedicated several years to working in London during which he practiced at a prominent Magic Circle firm and a leading U.S. law firm.
