With a wealth of experience in complex property matters, Tim advises on all aspects of property development, sales and acquisitions, local and state government projects, and social and affordable housing.
Tim has worked in private practice on large transactions and developments, as well as in-house for the Queensland Government on some of the state’s most significant development projects.
His private clients have included developers, property investment funds, hotel and resort owners, local governments and airport corporations with work ranging from complex mixed-use developments, to industrial sites and large commercial properties.
Tim is particularly interested in housing and residential development, including development for affordable or special needs housing. His experience in both affordable and community housing development and larger scale residential and commercial properties provides him with broad skills to handle unique or complex acquisition, contractual and titling arrangements.
Advised on Westmark Milton, a mixed use development consisting of 227 residences and retail space, including titling and sale of the retail component.
