With over 17 years of experience, she specialises in cross-border and domestic private and public strategic M&A, as well as transactional funds work spanning various industries such as financial services, real assets (real estate, infrastructure, and forestry), industrials, healthcare, and technology.
Natalie advises major domestic and offshore real estate and infrastructure clients, listed entities, financial institutions, investment managers, and investors. Her expertise encompasses private and public M&A, as well as funds-related M&A, covering inbound and outbound investment fund formation, joint ventures, restructuring transactions, capital raisings, corporate governance, and Australian securities law.

Acting for consortium buyer in relation to bid to acquire a global beverage company – undertaking due diligence, advising on consortia arrangements, negotiating sale agreement and related transitional arrangements.

Advising an early-stage growth entity in the health space in connection with all their corporate governance matters, partnerships with State Government and capital raise.
German Asset Manager
Acting for a German asset manager on the acquisition of a minority stake (comprising stapled securities – ordinary shares, preference shares and promissory notes) in a forestry business located in New Zealand.
