The McCullough Robertson Housing team is passionate about contributing to a solution to the housing crisis gripping our nation. Our team of specialists are privileged to partner with a diverse range of for-purpose organisations, developers, and sector leaders, supporting a shared vision of helping address the housing emergency.
We are at the forefront of many significant developments designed to provide accommodation relief to the wider community, including pilot build-to-rent (BTR or B2R) projects, the Queensland Housing Investment Growth Initiative (QHIGI) (including Housing Investment Fund and QuickStarts), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) opportunities (including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Supported Independent Living (SIL) support services).
Bringing together and coordinating expertise across property, planning, corporate (including charities), tax, construction, finance, employment and safety, insurance, and intellectual property, our dedicated Housing team seamlessly delivers holistic and integrated services to ensure the most desirable outcomes are achieved for each project.
Our team of legal specialists have the knowledge and proven track record of advising providers, and is also deeply passionate about the sector. A number of team members hold board or advisory roles including Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA), Property Council of Australia, and Urban Developer Institute of Australia.
