Equity Capital Markets
Access to capital is a critical issue for all companies. Our capital raising experts are on hand to guide you through all types of equity raising transactions.
We are a dominant legal adviser in the small-to-mid cap equity capital market, a market segment focussed primarily on equity funding. This experience has allowed us to build relationships with regulators (ASX and ASIC) and understand market practice and trends.
We have worked with all the major investment banks, retail brokers, and many boutique financial advisers, bringing our relationships with regulators, investors and other advisers to bear for our clients.
Our services:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on ASX and alternate exchanges, for example NSX, including pre-IPO structuring;
- secondary raisings (including placements, rights issues, dividend reinvestment plans and share purchase plans); and
- startups, seed capital and venture capital.
