Sharon has over 19 years experience in property law, specialising in all aspects of commercial acquisitions, leasing and aged care and retirement village developments. She has worked closely with large corporations, property trusts and not-for-profit organisations.
As an integral member of our Real Estate team, Sharon is known for her particular focus on the leasing, acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail and industrial properties.
She assists landlord and tenant clients with their lease transactions for portfolios across different states.
Sharon has particular expertise in advising developers and operators of retirement villages, from the land acquisition phase through to drafting the village scheme documents, advising on legislative compliance and negotiating acquisitions and disposals.
Her commercial and practical approach is strongly valued by her clients.
