Since his admission in 1980, Guy has specialised in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and corporate debt recovery. He has significant experience in contractual claims, corporate disputes, judicial and administrative review, commissions of inquiry, fraud, professional negligence disputes and property related litigation. Guy also acts in regulatory matters, most commonly involving ASIC.
