About Paige
Paige is a Special Counsel in the Estates team, practicing exclusively in the area of succession law since her admission in October 2012. Paige practices primarily in estate planning and structuring for high net worth clients with complex structures as well as for blended families, families with children with special needs or individuals with difficult personal situations.
As part of the practice, Paige acts for individuals from diverse backgrounds, professional trustee company organisations, other law firms, charities, government organisations and departments, accountants and financial advisors. Paige is regularly asked to present externally on topics relating to her key practice areas.
Paige is also an integral member of the McR Private team, supporting our family office and private clients.

Transitioning family wealth
Acting for clients in transitioning family wealth through structured arrangements, including preparing family constitutions, assisting with restructuring entities to facilitate succession planning, implementing advisory boards, bespoke drafting of trust deeds and constitutions and ongoing participation in family meetings.
Complex estate planning
Advising on complex estate planning for high-net-worth individuals with complex entity structures, including provision of advice for succession of control of entities to family members and protection from possible litigation.
Trust matters
Acting for clients in trust matters (including charitable trusts, superannuation funds, family trusts and special disability trusts), including providing trustees advice in the discharge of their obligations, assisting with applications for directions by the Court, applications for rectification of trust deeds containing historical errors, and applications for lost trust deeds.
