About Matthew
Matthew is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Advisory group, with a particular focus on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice.
Matthew acts for a range of clients, including listed and unlisted companies, small to large proprietary companies, early stage ventures, individuals and trustees.
Matthew advises clients on public and private capital raisings, regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions under various transaction structures, venture capital and early stage venture capital investment fund structures, and general corporate matters, including employee incentive schemes and compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
Prior to joining McCullough Robertson, Matthew was corporate legal counsel for an ASX-listed real estate investment trust and fund manager, where he advised on corporate governance matters, general commercial transactions, funds management, regulated capital raisings, joint ventures, debt financing, and corporate M&A.
