She has acted for a wide range of clients, including government owned corporations, local governments, large institutional landlords and tenants (including shopping centre owners, supermarkets and anchor tenants), large listed property trusts and retail tenant chains.
Claire can assist in high end commercial leasing transactions, from both a landlord and tenant perspective. She takes a practical approach in drafting and negotiating on behalf of her clients, and enjoys being involved from the initial stages of a transaction, allowing her to take a holistic approach and anticipate issues which may arise in the negotiation and documentation stage.
