With any collaboration solution, WebEx (like Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings) can sometimes be problematic connecting.

Here are some tips to assist reducing issues around connecting to a WebEx meeting:

1. Try to connect at least 10 minutes prior to any scheduled meeting to allow time for downloading or updating of any software or troubleshooting technical issues.
2. Your IT team may have restrictions on the installation of software like WebEx on your desktop or laptop.  If you cannot get your IT team to assist with the installation of the WebEx application, you can simply use the option ‘Join our meeting’ link in our invitation to connect via your internet browser. Try also connecting via your mobile device if you still cannot connect via your internet browser.
3. Sometimes your local office network or your local device has security settings that may prevent you from connecting. Try connecting from your mobile as an alternative option if your IT team cannot allow connecting to our WebEx site.
4. If you are still experiencing issues joining the event using the above solutions, another alternative is to join via phone.
