He is focused on the structuring and development of large-scale projects in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors, including providing regulatory advice and negotiating joint venture agreements, development agreements, EPC contracts, offtake agreements, financing agreements, operations contracts and other project agreements. He also advises in relation to M&A in the energy and resources sector.

Advising Rosneft in negotiating its separate joint venture arrangements with eni and Statoil to jointly explore and develop various offshore oil projects in Russia, each with development costs of up to $100 billion.
Western Highspeed Diameter Project
Acting for lenders in relation to the project financing of a bypass toll road in St Petersburg, Russia. The deal represents the first major PPP project in Russia.
Acquisition of Gunfleet Sands Farm
