Meg is experienced in unregulated mergers and acquisitions and advises clients across all aspects of a transaction from due diligence, sale agreements, loan and security arrangements to complex legislative and advisory work.
Her broad experience is centred around the resources industry, specifically in the areas of oil and gas. Meg manages complex transactions and provides ongoing compliance and commercial contract advice. Additionally Meg is recognised as a specialist adviser on foreign acquirers’ obligations under foreign investment regulation.

Advising State Gas on its $5.25m IPO, the first IPO of an east coast gas developer-explorer since Pure Energy Resources in 2006.
