Rebecca has over 10 years of experience as a commercial lawyer, providing both transactional and advisory services. She specialises in commercial contracts (including procurement), technology, media and telecommunications, intellectual property and privacy and data-protection.
Rebecca has acted for a broad range of clients including media and technology companies, for financial services providers including Big 4 Banks, clients in health care and aged care services as well as clients in the public sector.
Her experience includes advising on procurement and supply chain agreements, telco arrangements (including for bespoke application), outsourcing, cloud services agreements and media rights, sponsorship and talent agreements. She also advises on privacy and data protection (including localisation of global policies) and transitional arrangements relating to M&A transactions.
