About Kristen
In June 2018 Kristen was appointed Managing Partner having been at the firm for 18 years. She is ideally placed to lead McCullough Robertson thanks to her ongoing commitment and focus on the firm’s clients, working closely with them to unlock success and to ensure a brilliant client experience.
With extensive experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, Kristen specialises in the resources and mining sectors and has worked on the structuring and establishment of major projects and joint ventures, including financing for a wide range of resource projects.
Kristen is regularly involved in sales, acquisitions and financing of significant mining and resource assets, and has acted for a range of clients in the resources sector. These include listed and large private companies involved in exploration and operational projects in coal, coal seam gas (CSG), conventional oil and gas, iron ore, minerals, uranium and base metals.
Since her appointment as Managing Partner, McCullough Robertson has been named Diversity Law Firm of the Year at the LawyersWeekly Women in Law Awards in 2019 and won the Large & Medium Practice Award in the Queensland Law Society’s Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2019. Kristen was also shortlisted for Executive of the Year at the LawyersWeekly Women in Law Awards in 2019.
