Katy has advised a wide range of clients including start up and early stage companies, private equity investment syndicates, government funded investment bodies, large and small proprietary companies, partnerships and individuals.

- capital raisings (including early stage to IPOs);

- general corporate advisory, including advising on shareholder rights, directors’ duties, company structuring and corporate governance.
|Katy understands the commercial objectives and demands of in-house counsel, having been in-house Legal Counsel at Baillie Gifford & Co, a prominent Scottish investment management firm. In that role she led implementation of key projects and advised on a variety of governance, regulatory and commercial matters including multi-jurisdictional issues.|
