Jon practises in the areas of restructuring and insolvency and commercial litigation. His clients are from both the public and private sectors and are usually insolvency practitioners, statutory bodies, secured creditors, directors and shareholders.
Jon is able to assist in respect of formal insolvency appointments, but places an emphasis on turnaround and restructuring work. This allows his clients to engage in alternatives to regimented insolvency regimes, with the result that there is reduced cost, delay and stress.
