Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Team. She is a specialist agribusiness lawyer advising on the sale, purchase and ongoing management of grazing and farming properties, across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
Hannah acts for a wide variety of clients including family-owned and corporate agricultural businesses, local and state governments and resources and renewables companies.
Hannah has a depth of experience across a wide range of rural transactions including sales and purchases of farming properties (pre-contract advice, contract negotiation and due diligence), sales and purchases of water entitlements, livestock and other agricultural business assets, establishing and managing carbon offset projects, rural property management arrangements (including leases, agistment agreements and share farming agreements) and compensation for mining and gas activities.

Acting for one of Queensland’s largest privately owned property development companies to develop rural lease for use across its properties.

Acted for some of Queensland’s largest family owned agribusiness in negotiating land access and conduct and compensation agreements with resource tenement holders including acting in Land Court proceedings
