Celine Seo is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Advisory group, with a particular focus on financial services, funds managements, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Celine has extensive experience in assisting a broad range of domestic and international clients across all industries. Celine has particular focus on financial services, fund managers, fintech and payment companies.
Celine is skilled in advising clients on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters and acted for a number of onshore and offshore financial services companies. Celine also assists clients in obtaining and varying Australian financial services licenses. Her expertise extends to structuring and establishing managed investment schemes, as well as reviewing and advising on disclosure documents and investment management agreements. Additionally, Celine provides general corporate advisory services, with a focus on corporate governance and compliance with the Corporations Act.
Prior to joining McCullough Roberson, Celine was a Senior Manager at PwC Australia and corporate legal counsel for listed financial services and technology companies. Celine is a native Korean speaker and has also worked in Korea and Hong Kong for over 10 years before moving to Australia in 2019.
