Lisselle is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Advisory team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate restructures and complex contractual arrangements, including service and supply arrangements.

She also provides advice in relation to corporate matters including corporate governance, directors’ duties, company secretarial and Corporations Act issues.

Lisselle acts for Australian, international, private and public sector clients and has advised clients across a range of industries, including financial services, fintech, government and health.
