Tiffany is an experienced corporate senior associate who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, company secretarial and regulatory compliance (including anti-bribery, anti-money laundering and trade sanctions). Tiffany’s pro-active approach and attention to detail is valued by clients on large, complex transactions.
Tiffany advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Her industry experience comprises agricultural and resources sectors including ASX listed companies, unlisted public companies and large proprietary companies, as well as companies operating in foreign jurisdictions.
Tiffany works with in-house counsel and directors and officers on all aspects of corporate transactions, including conducting and managing the due diligence process, negotiating transaction documents and deal execution. Additionally she provides valuable insight into corporate governance, continuous disclosure and securities trading.
With a strong background in compliance matters, Tiffany advises on complex provisions in the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act, and anti-money laundering, sanctions and foreign bribery laws.

Advised on offshore agricultural acquisition in leading Australian beef stud, Palgrove, comprising 11 cattle properties in Queensland and New South Wales.
