Peta has extensive experience managing and advising clients across complex residential and commercial property developments, from the initial acquisition of land and due diligence, through to project completion.
Her leasing experience includes acting for a wide range of developers, institutional landlord clients, local councils, shopping centre owners, supermarkets and anchor tenants, telecommunications carriers, specialty retail tenants, commercial building owners and national commercial tenants.
Peta’s diverse experience allows her to provide advice and guidance to clients on a broad range of general property matters as well as managing complex projects and specialised transactions.
Advised Hope Island Resort and Royal Pines Resort, and prominent Australian and international mining corporations on all aspects of Australian land holdings.
