Melissa’s broad transactional and advisory experience includes mergers and acquisitions, advice regarding joint venture relationships, and advising on general commercial arrangements and contracts.
During her recent two years as in-house legal counsel for an Australian aged care provider, Melissa provided compliance and general advice on operational aspects of the residential aged care, home care and retirement village businesses. She also provided company secretarial support to a combined board and management committee and provided company secretarial support to assist the general counsel.
