In June 2018 Kristen commenced in the role of Managing Partner. She is ideally placed to lead McCullough Robertson focusing on close involvement with the firm’s clients, to continue the focus on unlocking success for them and ensuring a brilliant client experience.
Kristen’s extensive experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer has been underpinned by her commitment to client relationships. Specialising in the resources and mining sectors, her expertise covers structuring and establishment of major projects and joint ventures, including financing for a wide range of resource projects.
Kristen is regularly involved in sales, acquisitions and financing of significant mining and resource assets. She has acted for a range of clients in the resources sector. These include listed and large private companies involved in exploration and operational projects in coal, coal seam gas (CSG), conventional oil and gas, iron ore, minerals, uranium and base metals.
