Jennie-Lee is a Senior Associate with over ten year’s experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She has had carriage of cases in both federal and State jurisdictions across a number of states in Australia.
Her clients have included major trading banks, ASX-listed companies, large mining companies, leading insolvency practices, trade unions, SMEs and high-net worth individuals.
Her practice is broad, having acted in disputes including corporate, partnership, employment, industrial, property, planning and environment, leasing, consumer, insolvency and professional negligence.
Jennie-Lee is experienced in large-scale litigation, with a particular focus on corporate disputes within the mining and resources sector. Her education and practice enables her to provide strategic and commercial advice to her clients.
Jennie-Lee has contributed to the community by undertaking pro bono work for RSPCA Queensland, LawRight (Homeless Persons’ Legal Clinic), Self-Representation Service & Caxton Legal Centre, Legal Pod for young adults transitioning from foster care, Queensland Blind Association Inc. and Prisoners’ Legal Services Inc.
