Heather has extensive commercial and governance experience, particularly across the health, housing and community sectors.
Widely recognized as a governance specialist, Heather has extensive experience in the not for profit sector, having acted for and been a member of many community and charitable organisations. Additionally, her expertise has assisted numerous clients across aged care, health and community services, affordable housing and indigenous communities.
She regularly provides high level strategic advice to boards on risk and governance related issues and establishing charitable foundations around establishing and restructuring legal and tax entities for charitable and nonprofit organizations.
An accomplished Non-Executive Director, Heather resigned from the McCullough Robertson partnership in 2017 to focus on her Board roles.

Advised on the Logan Renewal Project, what was to be the largest urban renewal project (in Australia) involving renewal of social housing assets to create significant uplift in both social and affordable housing stock. Advised on structuring of potential joint venture arrangements to deliver affordable housing developments with local authorities, progressed with both Moreton Bay and Central Highlands Regional Councils
