What is provided?
The elawyer – estate planning solution is unique and the only one of its kind in Australia.
It provides advisers with complete autonomy as to how to ensure their clients implement appropriate estate planning solutions for their circumstances.
From a risk and compliance perspective the adviser has the ability to manage the process in a way that best suits their skills given a particular client’s circumstances.
As a minimum, elawyer provides:
- market leading documentation;
- web based data collection;
- 72 hour turnaround on documentation that will have been reviewed by at least two specialist estate planning lawyers to guarantee the quality and accuracy of the documentation;
- up to 30 minutes of technology based (with audio recorded) meeting time for the client with an estate planning specialist lawyer (ideally via a ‘Go To’ meeting facility) with appointment times available between 7.00am and 7.00pm seven days a week;
- comprehensive post signing review of documentation by specialist trained lawyers;
- indefinite safe custody storage of signed documentation at no cost; and
- inclusion (at the adviser and client’s discretion) on the distribution list for regular updates in relation to estate planning developments.
