Emma is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Group and advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters including intellectual property related due diligence and business acquisitions and mergers.
She is experienced in drafting and advising on franchising, manufacturing, distribution and general commercial agreements. She also assists clients in relation to the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights, and privacy compliance. Emma also has experience in advising both vendors and purchasers in all aspects of large share sale or business sale transactions.
She has worked for a range of clients in the franchising, life sciences, telecommunications, resources, and commercial manufacturing industries.
Her clients include various well known franchisors in the real estate and food and beverage sector, technology companies, a university, and various numerous local businesses.
Emma is also a member of Women in Technology.
