Sheree is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Finance Group. She was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2005.
Her practice is focused on negotiating, drafting and advising financier clients and commercial borrowers in relation to commercial lending facilities, inter-creditor arrangements, lending to managed investment schemes, corporate and project finance and secured recoveries.
Sheree’s experience includes: drafting and reviewing commercial and financial instruments including security documentation and advising on transactions including multijurisdictional arrangements and cross-border lending, and case management and appearance in the District and Supreme Courts (NSW) in relation to commercial disputes including mortgagee sale and secured recoveries, resolution of contractual disputes.
Sheree’s major areas of practice include corporate, project and property finance. She also practices in the area of credit restructures, security enforcement and insolvency.
Sheree acts for both corporate borrowers and financiers including Australia’s major banks and her experience in security enforcement and insolvency has seen her work with many of Queensland’s specialist insolvency practitioners in a range of industries. |
