Frances is a Senior Associate and practices in the areas of estate administration, estate litigation, estate planning and trust advice.
She works on behalf of government departments, charities, corporate and individual trustees and executors, accountants, lawyers, and beneficiaries of deceased estates.
Her specialisations include: applications for construction and rectification of wills, claims for declatory relief
applications for removal of executors and trustees, family provision applications, claims for solemn form probate, updates to trust deeds, state planning advice involving company and trust structures, drafting testamentary discretionary trusts and testamentary charitable trusts, and advising in relation to and preparing special disability trusts.
In addition to her experience in Equity and Private Client, Frances has several years legal experience in property development as well as experience in a rural practice. |
