Aaron is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Advisory Group and has experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He has acted for both listed and unlisted clients operating in the mining and resources, property, pharmaceutical and non profits sectors as well as service providers and professional services firms.
Aaron's broad transactional and advisory experience includes capital raisings and implementation, advice regarding continuous disclosure, directors' duties and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employee share schemes and other incentive plans and drafting and reviewing commercial documentation such as shareholders' agreements, option deeds and trade documents.
Aaron has also worked in the areas of commercial litigation focussing on shareholder disputes. |
