Dan is a Senior Associate in the Projects and Property Group. His key areas of practice are property development and rural property work.
Dan has over four years experience in the preparation of due diligence reports, commercial, residential and rural land contracts, option agreements and general property documents such as easements, licences and caveats, provision of structuring advice, commercial leasing, advising bodies corporate and body corporate managers, assisting in the creation of small and large scale community title schemes, including titling advice and preparation of ‘off the plan’ contract and ancillary documents, and advising on aspects of Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997, Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 and Integrated Resort Development Act 1987.
Dan has extensive experience in resort style development work, assisting developers and bodies corporate at Integrated Resorts such as Hope Island Resort and Royal Pines Resort.
With a rural industry background, Dan also assisted a number of land owners in the acquisition and sale of rural land in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Dan understands the importance of providing strategic commercial advice in order to achieve his clients’ objectives. |
