Belinda is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Group and manages the group’s trade mark practice.
Belinda provides advice on the development of new brands, intellectual property protection and management, infringement disputes and trade mark enforcement and prosecution in Australia and internationally.
Her specialisations include providing advice in relation to trade mark, copyright and patent infringement and passing off claims, advice on the registration and opposition of trade marks, copyright licensing and the transfer, licensing and commercialisation of intellectual property.
Belinda assists a broad range of clients from start up businesses to publicly listed companies, including a number of well-known brands. She holds an honours degree in Law and International Business. |
