Jeremy has 21 years of legal experience providing employers with occupational health and safety, industrial and employment law advice.  Jeremy has practiced in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. 

Jeremy specialises in representing employers in the management of serious/critical safety incidents and legal support throughout statutory investigations and prosecutions in many catastrophic matters.

Jeremy also has vast experience in industrial and employment related matters including termination of employment, unfair dismissal, employment contracts and collective agreements, award and statute interpretation, discrimination and EEO matters, redundancy and restructuring, industrial due diligence and restraint of trade issues.
