Oliver is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Advisory Group.
He has experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, management buy-outs and other leveraged transactions and restructuring debt obligations and commitments.
He has acted for listed and unlisted clients operating across a broad range of industry sectors including mining and resources, property, gaming and aviation.
Oliver spent several years working in one of Europe's leading private equity practices, where he acted for a number of major private equity houses. |
