We reward individual expression and innovation, in all our people, and in all areas of our business from lawyers to support staff. I am committed to the advancement of women in law and personally mentor a number of women lawyers.
We are very proud of the awards and certifications we have received over the years, especially our ‘Employer of Choice Awards’. Attracting and retaining the best in the field means we can provide the best service for our clients.
At McCullough Robertson we strive to achieve a work-life balance and in doing so the firm offers the broadest range of flexible work options, including flexible hours, working from home, and additional leave amongst others. The firm has developed an inclusive culture with an acceptance of a need for flexibility in the interest of both our employees and clients. This is something we really believe in.’ Mr Heading said.
The EOWA investigates a number of different factors including policies and practices around recruitment and selection, flexibility, promotion, remuneration, training and leadership, and specific diversity initiatives.
With a Diversity Initiatives Committee in place to implement the program, McCullough Robertson is looking to the future and leading the way in promoting women in law, industry and business.
