I commenced work at McCullough Robertson as an intern in 2012, following which I was employed as a research clerk. In 2014 I joined the graduate program in the insurance group and am currently working in the property and finance teams.
The graduate program has been an invaluable experience, giving me exposure to a diverse range of litigated matters and transactional based work. I have had the opportunity to work with a team of extremely high calibre lawyers who have nurtured my development and encouraged my emersion in all aspects of commercial and legal practice.
The greatest part of working as a graduate at McCullough Robertson is the incredibly supportive and friendly environment. The firm has a vibrant social calendar and promotes a work/life balance, with a number of sporting and social events throughout the year. I’ve had a wonderful experience so far and can’t wait for what is ahead!

Personal highlights for me in 2014 included competing for McCullough Robertson at the annual ‘Lawski’ week at Thredbo, visiting the newly opened BMA Moranbah Coal Mine and running with fellow graduates at the City2Surf in Sydney.
I started working at McCullough Robertson as a graduate in 2014 after participating in the winter vacation clerk program in 2012. During my time with the firm I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of areas and have been involved in many matters particularly in relation to private client structuring.
My year as a graduate was both challenging and exciting and allowed me to develop my professional skills through hands on experience and direct client contact. I thoroughly enjoyed my first year as a Graduate and am excited to continue on with the firm and continue learning everyday.
