McCullough Robertson and the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Arbitration & Mediation Center (MARC) invite you to join us for a breakfast seminar to mark the beginning of the 24th ICCA Congress.
MARC was established in 1996 with the aim of providing fast alternative dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration, pioneering institutional commercial arbitration in Mauritius and in the Indian Ocean Region.
Join us to hear from Head of Arbitration and Partner at McCullough Robertson, Russell Thirgood, President of the MARC Court, Neil Kaplan QC and Head of International Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice at Nishith Desai Associates, Vyapak Desai, about the development and future possibilities of commercial arbitration along the Asia-Africa trade axis, MARC’s position as an ideal neutral dispute solution interface between Asia and Africa, and the legal and practical issues related to arbitration.
Cheng-Yee Khong, member of the MARC Court and Barlen Pillay, Director-General of MARC will also share their experience and knowledge. The perspectives of speakers will span across China, Hong Kong, India, Mauritius as well as main investment destinations in Africa.
We hope you can join us at what is shaping to be a thought-provoking breakfast seminar.
