Many employers are questioning the value of enterprise bargaining in the current environment. Whether it is the application of the better off overall test or the approach taken to bargaining directly with employees, the application of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) is encouraging many employers to think carefully about their bargaining strategy and approach.

In this essential workshop, the McCullough Robertson Employment Relations and Safety team will provide invaluable advice on making the best out of your next bargaining round and what is in store for 2018.

The team will take you through some important Fair Work Commission and Federal Court decisions that will influence your approach to bargaining in 2018.

Please feel free to pass this invitation to appropriate colleagues in your organisation.

We hope you can join us.
